These are a pair of Deans Rag Book Dancing Dolls 'Bunty and Bobby'

These dolls are in excellent condition for their age and both have their original yellow covered Dean's buttons on their side reading Deans Rag Book Co Ltd in the centre and Hygenic A1 Toys made in England around the side. They have molded painted faces with brown eyes and painted features. They have mohair hair which is thinning a little. They have stitched fingers and hardboard lined feet. They each have mohair hair which is thinning a little. Their clothing is nice with a little fading. They are kapok and wood wool filled and are attached together at their hands and the top of their heads in a dancing position. They are 12" high. They are in excellent condition with no damage. Are clean apart from the usual shelf wear and they are odour free. When held upright by the string and jiggled the pair 'dance'. They are a lovely toy from the 1930's and are in excellent condition for their 80 years.
